Donald Trump and More Fake News

Donald Trump, who is losing credibility by the day, and is clearly afraid of impeachment, is doing what he does best, scare and rile up his base into believing that because he is so important, and so competent that if he is removed from his presidency the economy will collapse.

More Fake News coming from the White House never ends. The pawn pieces doing Trump’s bidding appear to have no shame.

The fact was after Nixon’s resignation, which resulted from the threat of Congressional impeachment, the economy took off. Watergate didn’t negatively impact the economy. Throughout the Clinton trial and tribulations, house and senate hearings and ultimately the failed articles of impeachment votes to impeach President Clinton, the economy continued to maintain its strength. It wasn’t until years later, the economy slipped into the nation’s second economic depression as the markets collapsed during the George W. Bush’s presidency.

Donald Trump continues to overly inflated his ego by stretching his self-importance and bloviating that since he is the country’s best president ever, the economy will suffer if he has to step aside. With absolutely no proof to back up his Devil’s prophecy, in which the U.S. economy will suffer if Congress chooses to permanently send him back to Trump Tower, Trump continues to stand alone with no umbrella and no place to hide as serious stormy weather swirls around him.
