The Trump administration purports that there is a difference between refusing to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple for religious reasons and refusing to serve a 'fine person' like Sarah Huckabee Sanders for failing to meet a restaurant owner's ethical and honesty standards.
President Trump Tweeted, "There is no comparison! Sarah is a great, terrific person. She meets my tough standards. She's terrific at meeting my low expectations, which my American supporters, Kim Jong Un, and the lock step Republican congress believe to be true. There is no comparison. We've a NO TOLERANCE for questions directed to my people. They've all passed Melania's 'Be Best' smell test. And, I know they all smell terrific. But, you know gay people smell funny. That patchouli smell just doesn't pass the test
